3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel an eligible order without giving a reason.

Your statutory cancellation rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Please contact us before sending any goods back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Unless we agree otherwise, you are generally responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods when cancelling because you have changed your mind.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service where appropriate and keeping proof of postage.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
7. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would reasonably be allowed to do in a physical shop.
You should not use the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you validly cancel an eligible order, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the cancelled goods.
Where applicable, we will also reimburse the cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least costly standard delivery option offered by us, we may not be required to refund the additional delivery cost.
We will process the refund without undue delay and generally no later than:
-
14 days after receiving the returned goods; or
-

whichever occurs first.
If no goods were supplied, the refund will generally be processed within the applicable legal timeframe after we are informed of the cancellation.
9. Refund Method
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless:
-
You expressly agree to a different method; and
-
The alternative method does not result in additional costs to you.
We will not charge a fee for processing an eligible cancellation refund.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

12. Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may still exercise your statutory right to cancel eligible goods within the applicable cancellation period.
